The rules that apply when you use and pay for All8AI
Scope
These Terms form an agreement between you and All8AI and apply to our AI video and image tools, accounts, credits, subscriptions, and all other service features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Your account is personal and may not be lent, transferred, or made available for misuse by another person. You are responsible for losses caused by failing to protect your credentials. Anyone under 18 may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the service to break the law or help others do so; infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights; impersonate another person; commit fraud; create or distribute content that harms minors; distribute malware; place an unreasonable load on the service; evade usage limits or credit charges; or access, scrape, or reproduce the service through unauthorized automation.
Uploads and generated content
You are responsible for having all rights and permissions required for anything you upload. Results created under an eligible paid plan may be used commercially, but you must confirm that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights before publishing or using them commercially. You retain your rights in uploaded content and grant us permission to store, process, and transmit it only as needed to provide the service.
Images of people
If you upload a photo or video containing an identifiable person, you represent that you are that person, own the necessary rights, or have obtained every identifiable person’s express consent to AI processing and derivative content. We record the time and version of your confirmation before your first upload. That confirmation continues to apply to later uploads.
Celebrities and public figures
You may not use prompts or uploads to depict or reproduce a celebrity, politician, athlete, artist, or other public figure, or to imitate their face, voice, or other identifying traits. You may not create a deepfake that falsely shows a real person doing or saying something. The same restriction applies to deceased public figures where their rights remain protected.
Third-party works, characters and trademarks
Unless you have the necessary rights, you may not generate content that reproduces or closely imitates third-party works, characters, trademarks, or trade dress. We use blocklists and automated checks to enforce this restriction, but those controls are not exhaustive and do not remove your responsibility.
AI-generated content disclosures
Images and videos created through the service are AI-generated. You may not remove, hide, or bypass any disclosure applied by the service. When publishing generated content, you are responsible for any disclosure required by applicable law.
Credits and fees
The pricing page shows each plan’s price, renewal period, included credits, and bonus credits. Generation cost depends on the selected model, resolution, duration, and other options, and is shown before you select Generate. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel in your account settings at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Credits are returned automatically when a generation fails, but not when a completed result is withheld for violating these Terms.
Cancellation rights and refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not automatically refund charges already paid. Because generation credits fund on-demand digital services, credits used for completed generations are non-refundable except where required by law. If a generation fails, the system automatically returns the credits used. Contact support if you believe a charge was made in error. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Changes to the service
We may add, change, or discontinue features or available models for technical, legal, or operational reasons. We will provide advance notice of material changes where reasonably possible. If maintenance, a third-party outage, or an event beyond our control interrupts the service, we will use reasonable efforts to restore it promptly. We may suspend or terminate an account for a serious or repeated violation of these Terms. Unused credits will be handled under the refund rules above.
Disclaimer
Because AI output can be unpredictable, we do not guarantee that generated results are accurate, complete, original, or fit for a particular purpose. Review any result before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid during the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Indemnification
If your breach of these Terms causes a third-party dispute or loss to us, you are responsible for resolving the matter at your expense and reimbursing our reasonable resulting losses and costs, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in California. This section does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have where you live.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. We will post material changes here, update the date below, and notify you by email if a change materially affects your rights. By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
